The festival is organized by the Association for the Promotion of Romanian Film and is presented by the Transilvania International Film Festival.
"FULL MOON" intends to offer the public the best horror and fantasy productions, both classic and modern, films that have either become landmarks of the genre cinema or are on their way to becoming so.
The village of Biertan is one of the first German settlements in Transylvania (1283) and is located in a hilly area, just 25 km away from Sighișoara and Mediaș.
Being an ideal space for outdoor screenings, with a central square overseen by a splendid fortified church, Biertan is considered an architectural masterpiece protected by UNESCO.
