Medieval Festivals in Transylvania

The time for medieval festivals in Transylvania has arrived once again, and one of the first on the list is our beloved city, Mediaș. On June 8th and 9th, just a few days away, the city will be dressed in festive attire. Knights will march through the streets to the admiration of passersby, while traditional dances and medieval music will echo from every corner of the fortress, which recently celebrated 747 years since its first documentary mention.

In short:

  • Medieval battles and dances
  • A concert by Nicu Alifantis and Tudor Turcu (winner of the *X-Factor* show)
  • The launch of luminous lanterns
  • And much more.
