The Largest Christmas Market in the Country

The largest Christmas Market in the country starts this Saturday in the Great Square of Sibiu. For a month, the Great Square will be dressed in festive attire, and throughout the area, 65 stalls will showcase the Christmas traditions and customs of Transylvania to tourists and locals alike. Here, you can find traditional gifts, winter holiday delicacies, as well as other recipes and treats from Hungarian and Saxon cuisine.

Perfect Gifts for Loved Ones

For those looking to find the perfect gift for their loved ones, visitors to the Christmas Market in Sibiu can discover:

  • Sculpted candles
  • Eco-friendly toys
  • Christmas-themed teas
  • Other handmade decorative items

A Surprise for the Little Ones

And for the little ones, the organizers of the Christmas Market have prepared a surprise: at Santa's workshop, children can meet those who craft the gifts given by Santa on Christmas Day and can also learn how to make certain handmade items.
