Tourists are invited to the "Country Fair" at the ASTRA Museum, Sibiu.

Tomorrow, March 24, 2013, all tourists and not only are invited to Sibiu for the *Country Fair, which will take place outdoors at the Astra Museum of Traditional Folk Civilization*.

Fair Highlights

The fair will feature 16 authorized producers from Sibiu County who will offer the public:

• Dairy products
• Cheeses
• Traditional cold cuts
• Bread
• Baked goods
• Sweets
• Seasonal vegetables
• Fruits
• Honey and beekeeping products
• Syrups
• Jams
• Plum brandy
• And much more.

Goals of the Fair

The goal of the Country Fair is to promote traditional food and highlight local products. In the area designated for selling products, there is also a summer kitchen where practical demonstrations are held using traditional recipes.
