Transylvanian Goulash Recipe

For a truly Transylvanian and extremely hearty meal, we recommend today a Transylvanian Goulash with pork. The preparation is relatively easy, and the whole family will surely enjoy such a meal.

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 7 potatoes
  • 200 g of pork meat
  • 200 g of beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • curry
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • vegetable
  • a bay leaf
  • 150 ml of tomato paste
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsley
  • oil
  • salt

Preparation Steps

  1. First, fry the meat in hot oil until it starts to brown.
  2. Then add the onion and let it sauté.
  3. When the onion begins to resemble the color of the meat, add all the grated vegetables, along with the spices and the bay leaf.
  4. Cover everything with water, just enough to completely submerge the meat.
  5. Let it boil for 30 minutes, and then add the diced potatoes. They cook faster this way and taste better.
  6. You may also add a little more water, just enough to cover the potatoes as well.
  7. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are cooked.
  8. Finally, add a little salt to taste.

Enjoy your meal!
