
Transylvanian Goulash Recipe
For a truly Transylvanian and extremely hearty meal, we recommend today a Transylvanian Goulash with pork. The preparation is relatively easy, and the whole family will surely enjoy such a meal.
Ingredients
You will need:
- 7 potatoes
- 200 g of pork meat
- 200 g of beef
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- curry
- pepper
- paprika
- vegetable
- a bay leaf
- 150 ml of tomato paste
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsley
- oil
- salt
Preparation Steps
- First, fry the meat in hot oil until it starts to brown.
- Then add the onion and let it sauté.
- When the onion begins to resemble the color of the meat, add all the grated vegetables, along with the spices and the bay leaf.
- Cover everything with water, just enough to completely submerge the meat.
- Let it boil for 30 minutes, and then add the diced potatoes. They cook faster this way and taste better.
- You may also add a little more water, just enough to cover the potatoes as well.
- Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are cooked.
- Finally, add a little salt to taste.
